My husband and I went on the sunrise paddle boarding experience. We loved it! It was an amazing way to start the day! Our guide, Michael, was great. He encouraged us to take some time to relax on the boards and he even took some pictures for us. We would definitely do this again!

This past Saturday, April 18, 2026, my wife and I had a fantastic experience taking a paddle surf lesson in Barcelona with Òscar from SUPADDICT. From the very first moment, he made us feel very comfortable, explaining everything clearly, patiently, and with a friendly approach.
The lesson was perfectly organized and adapted to our level, allowing us to enjoy the sea with safety and confidence. Òscar is passionate about what he does, and that's evident in every detail: from the technical explanations to the relaxed and fun atmosphere he creates throughout the session.
It was a unique activity, highly recommended whether it's your first time or you already have some experience. We left thrilled and eager to do it again.

It was so good!!!! They kindly explained everything even to beginners, and I loved that they waited behind us while we enjoyed the ride and took so many beautiful photos for us! It was a relaxing paddleboard experience that you can only feel in Europe 😀

Did sunrise SUP with Taylor in Feb and it was fabulous. He was patient, easy going, and nice. No one had SUPed before and yet it went very well. Wetsuits kept us warm. It is a fantastic experience to be on the gentle waves and see the sunrise. Warmly recommend.

We did the sunrise paddle and it was excellent. Arrived a little early and was offered a cup of tea to warm up a little while it was still dark. One of our group hadn’t SUP’d before but Michael was great at demonstrating the technique and making us feel comfortable and safe while out on the water. Sunrise was gorgeous, an absolute must do!

Michael was super fun and looked after us really well - coached us when we were out on the water, stayed with us and even took some pictures for us while we were paddling. Really lovely vibes, he’s super professional and super friendly and I think would be great whether you’re a small group of friends like us or a larger group or team.
We were even given some fresh fruit and coffee and stuff afterwards. 10/10 would recommend

The paddleboarding was really good fun, Michael was great at showing us how to do it while also making it a really fun experience! Will definitely do it again, highly recommend giving it a try to anyone

We did the stand up paddle boarding this morning with Michael. It was so much fun. Michael was a great instructor, the beach was gorgeous and we had just a lovely time. We will definitely go back next time we’re in Barcelona!

I've been wanting to try this activity for a while now, and I loved it. I liked how easy and technical it was at the same time. I highly recommend it and it's very entertaining.
Michael is a great instructor; he's very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. He also guides and corrects you along the way, which is very helpful. He also gives you very practical tips. I'll definitely do it again.

Amazing place for team event with colleagues and friends! We started at 6am to be on the water for sunrise, and the sun delivered :) Highly recommend the team is very friendly and the communication was easy
